After the appointment
NPS satisfaction survey for an aesthetic clinic
About two hours after the appointment, the client gets a short question on WhatsApp. The score comes back in the same thread, is stored on the appointment and, when it is low, the team gets an alert instead of finding out through a public review.
Dissatisfaction nobody hears becomes a Google review. NPS exists so the clinic hears it first, while there is still something to fix.
- Question sent on its own, about 2 h after the appointment
- One question per appointment, never two
- The score returns in the thread, with no link or form
- Stored on the appointment, tied to the client and the service
- A low score raises an alert for the team to act
- Whoever does not reply is not chased
One question per appointment, and only one
Each send carries an idempotency key tied to the appointment. If the engine runs again, the same appointment does not produce a second question — the classic automatic-survey mistake, pestering someone who already answered, cannot happen by construction.
No link, no form
The client answers in the same thread where she was served. There is no page to open and no form to fill, and the reply is read through the same path that handles any incoming message.
A low score becomes action, not a report
When the score falls below acceptable, the system raises an operational alert. That is the difference: instead of appearing on a chart at month end, dissatisfaction arrives while the client still remembers the appointment.
What the survey does not do
Real limits:
- It does not chase people who did not reply
- It needs a WhatsApp connected to the clinic
- It publishes no review anywhere: the score is yours, internal
- It does not replace conversation — the alert says who to reach, the team reaches out
Frequently asked
Questions about the survey
Does the client get the question every visit?
Once per appointment, and only for the ones she has not answered. Repetition from reprocessing is blocked by the appointment's own key.
What if she does not answer?
Nothing happens. There is no second nudge — silence is an answer and it is respected.
Where do I see the scores?
The score sits on the appointment, so it shows up tied to the client, the service and the date. A low score also raises an alert on the notifications screen.
