Do I have to use the AI receptionist?

You keep control of scheduling, clients and management. The receptionist can be configured, tested and paused in the dashboard.

How do I choose a plan?

Compare limits and terms in the plan table. Receptionist usage is visible in the dashboard.

Can I bring clients from another system?

Yes. Import names, WhatsApp numbers and birth dates from a CSV file. Review the preview before saving. Other historical records are not imported automatically.

Do I need to install software?

No. Bia works in a browser on desktop or mobile with an internet connection.
